Ingredients:
- Stale bread
- Optional seasonings (e.g., garlic powder, dried herbs)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Break or cut your stale bread into chunks and spread out on a baking sheet.
- Dry in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, but don’t let them brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, place them in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until you get the desired breadcrumb consistency.
- If you wish, add in your preferred seasonings and pulse a few more times to mix.
- Store in an airtight container.
