  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • A pinch of turmeric (gurkmeja)
  • A sprinkle of chiliflakes, adjust to your heat preference
  • Butter or olive oil, for sautéing
